Built to provoke explosive surface strikes, the Chopper is made for anglers who want a topwater lure that demands attention. From the first turn of the handle, it creates aggressive disturbance, sound, and vibration—calling fish up and forcing reaction bites when subtle presentations won’t get the job done.

The yellow pine body provides natural buoyancy, allowing the lure to sit high in the water and stay engaged on top—even in choppy conditions.

Action

The Chopper produces a steady, rhythmic chopping action that pushes water, throws spray, and creates a clear surface signature fish can track from a distance. The disturbance is designed to imitate a baitfish getting blown up on by hungry predators as it tries to escape, triggering instinctive reaction strikes.

On a slow retrieve, the lure delivers a consistent chop with strong vibration. Increasing the retrieve speed adds more splash and sound, while short pauses allow the lure to reset before restarting—often provoking explosive topwater strikes.
